The menu of the day is usually excellent here, delicious and healthy and affordable. And the staff is very friendly. It feels like eating at a friend's house who is a wonderful cook and who cooks really healthy meals. I highly recommend it.
I have eaten at restaurants all over the world, and I believe that this may be the best food I have ever eaten! Not just the flavor, but the attention to detail given to every aspect of the experience made it incredible -- the quality, freshness, preparation, and flavor of the food were all exceptional. It is obvious that the owner loves what he does and he puts that love into choosing the best ingredients and preparing every meal. From the wonderful, unsweetened, agua del dia, to the best chipotle hummus and chips, to the perfectly sauteed veggies of exceptional quality, it shows in every aspect of the food. I love this place! Excellent food and very reasonable prices and all organic. I will definitely go back every opportunity I can.
My husband and I had lunch here. Absolutely delicious, home cooked meal, fresh salad, clean and very welcoming host. This is a hidden Gem. I’ve had vegetarian food from many places but this tops them all.
Great food! The special of the day was garbanzo carrot soup and pasta. Inexpensive, attentive and quick service, small, includes a little store with goodies. Many dishes come with a vegan option for just a bit more money.
Wonderful. I usually do not seek out all natural places, but tried this place with my wife and a friend while in GDL. We all had the meal of the day which had soup, salad, and a main course. Chips with hummus was also given and regularly refilled. All of the food was super. Bravo on every dish as well as the attention and friendliness of the chef and staff. Highly recommend :)
The food is delicious! Very good vegetarian options, but beware, they don't have take out containers and you have to bring your own. I wish they changed that specially in this time of COVID-19, there are house compostable solutions you could provide that don't harm the environment so much.
